Golang Job: Golang Developer with Machine Learning

**Per Manager - We need more Golang Developers with Machine Learning. If you also have Machine Learning Engineers with either Go or Python experience, please send them as well**

MUST SIT IN SUNNYVALE.

• Must be available to work in-person on a regular basis (3-4 days per week in office) with our SRE teams. High collaboration and output is key.

Two large initiatives (Suresh Visibility)

AI/ML Engine (7-8) Data Science & Machine Learning Skills, Critical purchase & fulfillment flow will be the ultimate recipient of AI/ML Engine. Integration of Tools (7-8): Status.walmart.com, Dependency Engine, Change Feeds Automation. Production Operations Experience. Feed into Anomaly Detection System (reduce noise & highlight visibility of recommended actions)

SUCCESS CRITERIA: Must Deliver Production Ready in 6 months from Day 1 onboard. (October 2023)

Looking to onboard as quickly as Workflow is Approved.

Strong background in software development, machine learning, and experience with time series
databases such as Prometheus, Big Query, Splunk, Kafka, and Graphite. The ideal candidate will also
have experience with Golang development and knowledge of time series models, anomaly detection,
forecasting, and autoscaling.

Responsibilities:
? Design, develop and maintain software applications that utilize machine learning models to solve
complex data problems.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve data
processing, analytics, and automation.
? Build and manage data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring data accuracy
and completeness.
? Design and implement data models and schemas for time series databases such as Prometheus, Big
Query, Splunk, Kafka, and Graphite.
? Develop and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for data processing and analytics.
? Implement systems to support time series models, anomaly detection, forecasting, and autoscaling
algorithms to enable proactive monitoring and alerting.
? Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of data systems and applications.
? Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in machine learning, data engineering, and
software development.

Qualifications:
? 5+ years software development experience, preferably in Golang, with data structures/algorithms.
? Experience with software design and architecture.
? Experience testing, maintaining and/or launching software products.
? Experience with ML algorithms, tools, and end-to-end ML systems.
? Tensor Flow framework or equivalent
